The Company
Our client gives the ability for those agent to refer those clients to us. If they believe a client can buy a house in the next year, they’ll buy a house for them and the agent will make their full commission. You will be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company’s growth. This is a full-time position that will be remote initially (due to COVID-19) and based in New York once safe to re-open the office.
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of their agent relationships to drive client referrals
- Leverage multiple channels (phone, email, text) to increase agent growth and retention
- Host lunch & learns and webinars to educate agents
- Think critically about sales data and recommend new strategies to scale agent relationships
- Meticulously record prospect feedback to improve product and processes
- Roll up your sleeves and get out of your comfort zone to reach targets
- Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative tasks for the team
- Work in coordination with the Client Success team to ensure proper relationship management with the brokerage community
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling to residential real estate agents
- Organized and enjoys keeping the information in a centralized place
- Data-driven: you utilize data to help shape the future of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high energy on the phone
- Strong presentation skills and love of hosting webinar
