In a career spanning 16 years, I have been able to garner substantial senior management experience in scaling B2B businesses across real estate, PropTech, facilities management and private equity. Leading cross-functional teams in these industries has enabled me to develop my strategy, operations, product & key account management, team building, sales, P&L ownership, negotiation, project management and people management skills.

Through my career in real estate services, I have been able to garner a deep understanding of real estate spaces from a development, investment, maintenance and technology standpoint and can offer keen insights to clients on how they can utilise different technologies to meet their efficiency and cost based goals.

In my most recent role, I was leading the product & growth strategy, sales, partnerships and commercial functions for a fast-growing, dynamic, SaaS based PropTech company. I was instrumental in expanding the client base globally and unlocking new revenue streams by forming strategic partnerships with other SaaS based solutions to position our product as a 360° experiential platform for real estate spaces. I was also responsible for creating, leading and executing the product, customer engagement, project and risk management strategy, keeping in mind the agreed milestones, SLAs & KPIs with clients.

My role was to be the bridge between the technology team & clients, with my responsibilities broadly covering the following:

1. Product roadmap & strategy:
- Laying out the digital strategy and assessing the product roadmap.
- Providing insights on new product features
- Overseeing the product & feature rollout process and ensuring that the release enhances the client experience and aligns with their efficiency and cost based goals

2. Market Insights:
- Create a network of connections in the digital ecosystem with tech entrepreneurs and technology funds to keep a track on new technologies that have the potential to impact the future of real estate
- Be the company representative at industry events and take initiatives to further the company’s thought leadership at such events
- Generate leads for partnering with new technologies in a sandbox environment to try out new solutions before making a build/buy/partnership decision

3. Business Development & Customer Engagement:
- Being responsible for achieving revenue targets and performance of digital solutions
- Supporting the Business Development and Account Management teams to pitch digital solutions to clients as part of the larger services portfolio
- Attending client meetings with the teams to present business use cases
- Customer success and on-boarding

4. Implementation:
- Be responsible for implementing technology solutions for client as per the broader strategic goals
- Ensuring that on-ground operations teams and client representatives receive the requisite training
- Ensuring the technology is used in line with agreed SLAs and the KPIs are tracked by the on-site client teams

Prior to this role, I have scaled a technology-enabled real estate services platform to £25 million in annual revenue and grew the team to 6,500 employees across 75 cities, through a robust product & technology strategy and data analytics.

I am currently looking out for an opportunity with a PropTech firm where I could leverage my experience in real estate investment & development, facilities management and PropTech.
