Our client is an award-winning next generation property marketplace and a market disruptor enabling home movers to conduct an end-to-end property transaction via a single platform. The platform makes transactions faster, more assured and allows customers to have greater control over their transactions. 

They are seeking entrepreneurial and collaborative individuals to help work towards their mission of revolutionizing home moving.


The Role

They are looking for a hands-on, sales driven and highly commercial VP of Sales and Business Development to lead the change in defining, designing, and delivering the sales and customer acquisition strategy for a range of B2B software products targeted at professionals engaged in the residential / property market. 

You will be responsible for identifying, concluding, and managing commercial partnerships including with estate agents, new home builders and other businesses operating in the residential sales field.

Reporting into the CEO/Founder, you will be a key member of the team and will build out and manage a successful sales team to support the business’ growth.

You will be responsible for relationship management, closing deals and selling the platform. 


Person Specification

·       A results-driven individual with a ROI and metric focused mind-set with a proven track record of overachieving targets.

·       A credible salesperson with a good understanding and keen interest in the property / mortgage market.

·       Experience in a fast-paced, growth environment or entrepreneurial / start-up experience is preferable.

·       A strategic thinker with the ability to execute.

·       An excellent communicator with the ability to adapt, depending on the stakeholder.

·       Hardworking, driven, tenacious, and hungry for success individuals.

·       The ability to produce innovative, creative, and original ideas.

·       A team-player who is flexible, dedicated, and hardworking in order to succeed in the start-up environment.

·       Excellent leadership skills.

·       An engaging and charismatic presenter comfortable with presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.

·       Strong contacts in residential property market or the conveyancing space is advantageous.


Up to £80k (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission circa 120k OTE
Location – South West/East UK, 1h20 from Central London.
