Responsibilities

  • As our SW QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the test process and guaranteeing the quality of the software product.
  • You are expected to devise, create and execute the functional test cases for the stories in the sprint.
  • With the help from our senior software engineers, you will set up a CI and test automation framework from scratch.
  • You will familiarize yourself with different test framework and automation tools (open source preferred) and to advise us in choosing the right ones according to the different trade-offs.
  • You will take part during the refinement session and give you insights on the new and existing features. Advising, supporting, and assuring quality is your job
  • You will be guided and work directly with our senior software engineers in designing and executing tests for our full stack application and data routing system.

 

Requirements 

  • You are in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with JIRA and GitLab preferred.
  • You have Knowledge of Azure and best cloud security practices.
  • Affinity to command-line interface and Unix-Like Operating system (such as Linux).
  • You are fluent in Javascript and familiar with libraries like Jest.
  • You like to bring structure in chaos.
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented.
  • You are not afraid to voice your opinion and step outside of your comfort zone.
  • You have a Curious Mindset and are pro-active.
