The Role

STRENGTHEN A HIGHLY MOTIVATED TEAM AS SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER SMART BUILDINGS (M/F/D)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER SMART BUILDINGS (M/F/D) FOR OUR TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION TEAM OF THE PATRIZIA AG IN AUGSBURG OR LONDON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Responsibilities

• Work with a small dynamic team and contribute to shaping PATRIZIA’s strategy in the building technology space
• Look at tomorrow’s trends and analyse market and technology dynamics
• Provide high-quality research, articulate your point of view in various media (memos, ppt, presentation) and make a recommendation to senior management
• Research, screen, conduct (light) due diligence, pilot and implement technologies that will form part of PATRIZIA’s technology stack
• Negotiate contract prices, partnerships, SLAs and provide a commercial view in legal documents
• Build and deploy at scale a portfolio of technology solutions across PATRIZIA’s buildings

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 7 years’ work experience and a technical background (computer science, engineering, data science etc.) with business experience and/or additional degree.
• As building technology expert, you have an analytic mindset and understand the current technology and market dynamics in depth and have a strong view on what will be tomorrow’s trends.
• You have demonstrated experience in dealing with implementation of technology at enterprise level as well as project management and can quickly come up with processes and priorities for the execution of projects.
• You have experience working in the investment management industry (ideally real estate) and understand the various actors’ objectives and the value creation process. You are comfortable being a sparring partner with investment managers and can help them solve problems with technology.
• You have good commercial acumen and financial literacy. You are comfortable working with financial analysis in excel and providing clear output for decision making.
• You have experience with early-stage businesses / start-ups (preferably B2B) where people and processes are key would be highly desirable.
