Description

Responsibilities

  • As the single point of contact, you take full responsibility for delivering successful projects for some of our largest customers who not only use our standard platform features but require customized features built on top of it
  • Prepare and moderate requirements workshops with customers
  • Work together closely with internal and external developers to remove all uncertainty about what is to be built
  • Document all requirements and make sure customers have signed off on these before development starts
  • Create and maintain the project plan and feature backlog
  • Prepare regular project status reports
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, internal stakeholders and the development team to ensure that value is being delivered
  • Whenever an agency or partner is involved in order to deliver a specific feature, manage the partner relationship to ensure value is delivered to the customer

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role in a software company or other industries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in German and English, to remove all uncertainty about what is to be built
  • Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience doing data analysis (e.g. utilising SQL) on product analytics with tools like Mixpanel or Metabase
  • You enjoy working with remote teams and have experience working with near-shore or off-shore software development agencies and freelance engineers
  • A fast thinker, quality conscious and always delivering
  • A joyful personality, a true team player and ability to adapt to a true startup culture
  • A passion for building products that deliver business value to customers
  • Organized and structured work habits demonstrated through successful projects

Remote work

Like many other companies, we’re working remotely for the indefinite future. The geographic requirements of this position are that you are able to occasionally meet on-site with customers in Germany and Switzerland as well as join on-site product workshops and other team events in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany once or twice each quarter.
