The Company
As a real estate startup that facilitate moving-in to a new city, in terms of accommodation but also social life, culture and entertainment, Habyt is aiming to create a cool-vibe community of young dynamic people that live together.
Habyt is growing fast and so is our Sales and Marketing department. As the latest addition to the team we are looking for someone willing to learn how to build a great brand and how to effectively acquire new customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take full control over the sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals
  • Respond to inbound leads, qualifying their interest and fit against our available inventory
  • Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation
  • Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services
  • Analyse and report on sales results

The sales intern reports directly to the Sales Manager.

 

Requirements

  • You are a high achieving student or recent graduate;
  • Full-working proficiency in German and English required;
  • You are organised, highly detail oriented and thrive in accomplishing specific mission driven tasks;
  • Strong international background through work and study abroad;
  • You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt mission;
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • You are not afraid of working the evenings or during weekends if needed;
  • You are entrepreneurial, able to work without well-worn paths or established protocols.
