They are redefining how real-estate capital is analysed and managed. Following their seed round, they’re scaling and hiring their first sales leader.
This is a rare opportunity to join at foundation stage: to design the go-to-market motion from the ground up, working directly with the founders to turn traction into growth and shape how the world’s largest investment firms adopt AI.
What You’ll Do
- Own the hunt: identify, engage, and close top-tier real-estate investors and PE funds.
- Run full-cycle enterprise deals: discovery, proof-of-value, negotiation, and close.
- Shape our go-to-market strategy: messaging, pricing, outreach sequences, and account targeting.
- Collaborate with product, data, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and measurable client impact.
- Build the commercial foundation: CRM hygiene, forecasting, and early process design.
- Represent the company at industry events and drive thought-leadership visibility.
- Feed market insight directly into the product roadmap.
You’ll Thrive If You
- Have 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales (Real Estate / Finance / PropTech / FinTech / AI a plus).
- Know how to open doors and close complex deals with institutional clients.
- Are hands-on, persistent, and curious: you move fast, test, iterate, and follow through.
- Are credible with C-level decision-makers in finance or real estate.
- Balance strategic thinking with relentless execution; you don’t wait for leads.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
