Responsibilities
- You will take full ownership of PHYSEE’s sales process; generating your own qualified leads, finding the best value proposition, and converting the leads into customers.
- You will advise customers on façade optimization that will contribute to their building becoming more sustainable and smart.
- You will close large deals using a combined skillset of engineering, sales, and negotiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technically oriented education such as (but not limited to): building sciences, architecture, real estate management, industrial design, engineering.
- Sales experience: minimum of 3 years and ideally in real estate and/or building construction.
- Experience with complex decision-making teams at customers.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or French is a bonus.
