The Role

This brand new role will be working across all divisions and markets with one mission in mind: to help tenants find their dream office space.

Working in our small but growing UK team, you will cover inbound and outbound business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a hungry self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, liaising with different parties and closing sales.

With complete training and guidance, you will have plenty of scopes to learn, grow and advance within the company.



  • Manage enquiries from businesses looking for their next office
  • Shortlist suitable workspace options, book inspections and help negotiate on behalf of the tenant to make that perfect match.
  • Think outside the box and find solutions to make deals happen
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords and property owners
  • Thoroughly manage CRM information on leads and opportunities
  • Grow our markets by getting new workspaces, properties and listings onboard
  • Deliver customer service excellence
