The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking multiple driven and ambitious individuals to join them as Partnership Manager (1) and Partnership Associate (2). This is a chance to be part of one of their fastest-growing divisions, unlocking new markets and forging key partnerships to extend their platform offerings. If you are passionate about developing and closing partnerships, structuring collaborative products, and maintaining strong relationships, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the founder/CEO to extend the platform offerings to institutional real estate investors.
  • Deal Structuring and Closing: Work closely with partners and the Investment Managers to structure mutually beneficial deals and products that meet partners’ investment mandates.
  • Negotiation: Support the CEO in negotiations with potential partners, managing the entire process from initial contact to agreement closure.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with their investment needs and the platform offerings.
  • Problem Solving: Creatively uncover and structure innovative deals with partners, driving mutual growth.
  • Strategic Partnership Planning: Contribute to the development of the strategic growth plan, identifying and prioritizing key partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, or real estate brokerage in a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Traits: A self-starter with resilience, a quick learner, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
