Our client is a fast-growing Prop-Tech company with revenue in excess of $35Mill USD per annum. Despite 2020 being a challenge, the expansion plans are still very much underway with this being the next key hire.
The Role
The Managing Director will be responsible for controlling and overseeing all business operations, people and ventures. The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with new potential customers and channels across APAC
- Develop and execute on clear business growth plans in line with Corporate Goals
- Be the brand ambassador for APAC
- Manage and execute end to end sales cycle (presentations, sales pitches, negotiations, closure)
- Work with C-suite external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for repeat business via campaigns, marketing and networking
- Own the Asia P&L and manage the team
- Close support and strong management of the sales team
Requirements
- MBA or Masters’ Degree in a relevant discipline
- Have excellent relationships across Property, Real Estate sectors
- Ability to develop a market penetration strategy derived from the global growth strategy
- Experience in brand building, development and retention within Asia
- 10+ years in selling technology solutions/complex solutions within the real estate sector
- Experience in running a regional P&L will be useful; with at least 5 years in managing a team
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
