The Company
The company is a Real Estate Fintech investing in commercial and residential real estate across Europe. This is a new role within a fast-growing investment company and a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
The company is looking to recruit their Investor Relations/Capital Raising Specialist. The role will give the right candidate a great platform to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework;
- Work with Senior Management to formulate and implement all public relations (including drafting press releases, attending all meetings with PR agency and monitoring press coverage);
- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties;
- Manage relationships with existing clients as well as prospective investors;
- Work with Senior Management to publish half yearly reports and investor letter drafts;
- Respond to investor requests in conjunction with Finance and Investment Teams, as necessary;
- Prepare investor communications, help produce marketing materials and update materials for existing and new investors;
- Research and prepare background materials and reports as required by the Investor Relations function in advance of investor meetings;
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of experience in Investors Relations within a leading real estate organization, private equity fund or investment bank;
- Deep investor network of pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and endowments across EMEA.
- Excellent academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Understanding of real estate and macro-economics, with an interest and willingness to learn more.

Benefits
- Details of potential compensation levels and overall benefits packages will depend on individual candidates and is to be discussed with the company;
- This role would be looking at a basic salary of £100,000 – £150,000 with discretionary bonus + eventual equity/carried participation.
