The Role

Responsibilities
- You are the central point of contact for our customers with questions about the use and advice on problems by phone and email
- You will analyze frequently asked questions and create a knowledgebase for them with explanatory videos, best practices and in-app guides
- You will work closely with your colleagues from Product Management, Customer Success Management and Sales to understand customer needs, integrate product feedback into new solutions and increase customer satisfaction
- Through your empathic and conscientious manner, our customers experience the perfect customer experience – regardless of whether you have been working with the company for a long time or are just taking your first steps
Requirements
- You have a completed bachelor’s degree and ideally, already experience in customer service
- You love to be on the phone and have the talent to answer questions and problems quickly, sensitively and with a smile in your voice.
- You are software-savvy and, thanks to your solution-oriented and flexible nature, a competent contact person for our existing customers.
- A high level of self-motivation and a sense of responsibility is a matter of course for you and you do not lose pleasure or calm even in stressful situations.
- In addition to fluent German and English, we look forward to any other language skills
