Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the sales department and will be jointly responsible for the acquisition of PM mandates, their smooth implementation and the complete delivery of the service.
• You keep an eye on the given budgets and ensure that they are met.
• You will lead the Property Management team in a professional and disciplinary manner.
• You build up the Property Management department and establish processes and structures.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Your knowledge & skills in property management for the residential sector are very comprehensive.
• The preparation of the service charge settlement for the tenant at the end of the year is routine for you.
• Project management and process optimization are in your blood and are your passion.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
