An amazing opportunity to work for a Start-up PropTech business with operations across Europe that help property investors, developers and lenders to simplify and reduce time spent on complicated and time-consuming project research, from initial screening to sourcing funding.

 

The Role

The Head of Product is tasked with developing, implementing, and optimising the growth strategy through partnerships with best-in-class technology and data companies. The Head of Product will help shape the future of the companies technology partner program and work directly with executives and senior leaders to drive innovative new revenue and application integrations that add value to customers. This is a strategic role that requires multiple touch points across departments and geographies to drive the central goal of widespread adoption of partner integrations from customers.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the CEO and wider Executive team, including the Group CTO on all aspects of the Groups partnerships related to group products, working with key stakeholders to support the delivery of existing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that contractual commitments are met on both sides
  • Provide intelligence from the supply chain into group business functions
  • To anticipate and articulate any service or relationship issues
  • To continually monitor peer group offerings and industry developments & provide insight and foresight on additional avenues to drive product excellence

 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the Group’s Technology & Data Partner relationships
  • Foster current relationships at the executive level with our existing portfolio of partners and define the roadmap for future technology partners
  • Work alongside product and marketing teams to determine the go to market strategy for future product integrations
  • Serve as a cross-functional member of the senior leadership team with a focus on delivering business results across the group
  • Advise and implement procedures to measure impact of technology partners and integrations and report results to the global teams
  • Develop business cases for partnership opportunities to obtain approvals and resources from internal stakeholders for new integrations
  • Report results from tech partners on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Share feedback from partner clients to inform our product roadmap and operations
  • Conduct other duties as deemed necessary in the effective performance of the role or as directed by the business’s stakeholders
  • Initially, this role will have no line management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner / business development roles; developed network in PropTech and/or relevant SaaS ecosystem preferred, Talent from associated industries would also be considered
  • Solid experience building technology and channel partnerships
  • Strong network and industry knowledge within the property technology and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders through executive level presentation creation and delivery with a high level of influencing/diplomacy skills and the ability to balance competing interests and manage multiple stakeholders with complex and competing objectives
  • Thrives on working in a demanding, dynamic and lean organisation
  • Able to work under pressure and to conflicting demands
  • Ability to quickly build, manage and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment, including tight interaction with the business development, product, technology, operations and legal teams.
  • Ability to coordinate and support commercial negotiations with multiple third parties.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent report writing and presentational skills. A proficient user of all MS applications, including MS Excel analytical tools. Knowledge of Asana would also be an advantage
  • Excellent organiser and responsive, with attention to detail
