The Role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTOR (M/F/D) FOR OUR TEAM OF THE PATRIZIA AG IN AUGSBURG, LONDON, MUNICH, BERLIN, FRANKFURT OR HAMBURG AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Responsibilities

• Leading the ESG committee (agenda creation and corporate goal monitoring)
• Act as a deputy for the Global Head of Sustainability
• Own and maintain PATRZIA´s sustainability policies
• Shape and deliver PATRIZIA’s corporate sustainability strategy/program
• Drive systematic integration of ESG into core investment processes
• Design and deliver corporate sustainability projects for internal clients
• Responsibility for our sustainability reporting and external accreditation (e.g. GRESB, UNPRI, etc.), supported by an analyst
• Collaborate with the Head of Sustainable Investments to drive innovative product launches
• Drive integrated reporting efforts in collaboration with the Investor Relations team
• Act as a speaker for PATRIZIA at key sustainability events

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Sustainability Management, of which minimum of 2 years experience in Real Assets
• Familiarity with GRESB, UN PRI, TCFD are essential
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to manage and interpret information to make effective decisions
• Flexible and pro-active approach to work
• Strong communication skills, able to drive efforts through collaboration
