Copywriter

The Company 

This company is a dedicated Web 3 accelerator founded in 2014 that works with startups at various stages of their lifecycle from pre-seed / seed (via Base Camp) to later stage about to launch (or live) token networks specialising in a New Data Economy, NFTs, and DeFi bringing together a network of 1,000 of the world’s leading web 3 founders, protocols, VCs to mentor, and invest.

Responsibilities 

• Researching, writing and publishing written communications covering research, thought leadership, investment showcases, case studies, social media posts and other items as necessary.
• Taking research briefs and summaries and turning them into fully fleshed pieces to be used in our intelligence.
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an opportunity for an ambitious copywriter with an interest in the metaverse and Web 3.0 technologies to have their work associated with the leading metaverse accelerator.

Requirements 

• Impeccable [British] English writing skills
• Ability to take complex technical concepts and turn them into digestible, easy to understand prose.
• A familiarity with the crypto/Web 3.0 space and/or a demonstrable ability to learn new topics.
• Confidence to listen to and/or read a brief and ask questions sufficiently to then write a full piece with summary and headline.
