They are an investment platform that acquires and manages high-quality residential rental homes, and provides a user-friendly platform to buy ownership interests for as little as $100 per share. They’re enabling their investors to access the best long-term investment in modern history (residential real estate) without the large financial commitments and operational complexity.


Reporting to the Head of Brand & Content, the Content Manager will play a crucial role in differentiating their brand, growing our category, and educating both learning and experienced investors about personal finance, investing in real estate, and the benefits of investing on our platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, editing, and managing a team of writers to produce high-quality written content that engages and informs our target audience.


  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of writers, including assigning topics, editing copy, and providing feedback
  • Write and edit blog posts, ensuring they are well-researched, informative, and engaging
  • Optimize blog content for SEO and social media sharing
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop articles and ensure blog content is aligned with overall company initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze blog performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and blogging


Must haves:

  • Proven work experience as a Blog Editor or similar role
  • Portfolio of published work
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in finance, real estate, fintech, or proptech
  • Strong passion for finance, investing, and/or real estate
  • Technical SEO background
