The Company

This company is an award-winning, high-growth technology solutions provider to UK landlords and occupiers. They are at the forefront of the push to integrate more and smarter technology into UK commercial real estate. Over their ten year history, most of their clients have been occupiers, but they’re increasingly working more and more with landlords. Recent new clients include some of the world’s largest property investors and financial institutions, as well as smaller specialist firms.

They are looking for a commercial property professional interested in technology to join their business development team. They’re particularly interested in growing their profile with the landlord community – those who know us rate us very highly, but they need to spread the word!



  • Identifying and contacting potential client firms, using your network and knowledge of the industry as well as their data sources
  • Understanding their needs and using your property expertise to explain how they can best support them in upgrading their buildings
  • Managing these relationships over the long term – they should be working with them across their UK portfolio, whenever an opportunity arises
  • Closing deals, and working with the Delivery team to ensure that the project starts smoothly



  • At least three years of experience selling technology focused product, ideally relevant to the commercial real estate industry
  • Willingness to learn: they want you to become an expert in what landlords and occupiers are looking for, learning from their clients and your colleagues
  • An interest in commercial real estate, and how technology can improve the experience of the people who work within it
  • Dynamism and energy – you’ll be working as part of a small, ambitious, lively team, and they need someone who fits that culture
