The senior management team is made up of highly successful investment banking, private equity and technology entrepreneurs. This company is backed by a high profile institutional global Investment Managers made up of  Lead Investors and partners.

 

The Role 

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join us on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to move into a full-time Analyst position thereafter. You will work across various business areas and platforms and will assist in executing the product business plan through originating and converting sponsors into active platform users and implementing systems and tools designed to optimise sponsor account management.

You will participate in sponsor screening and onboarding, deal sourcing/ analysis across geographies, product types, and capital structure. The position will require close interaction and collaboration with the sales team, technology team and company leadership. This internship is a great opportunity for someone to manage a range of tasks simultaneously and to work independently. You will be passionate and excited about being part of an industry-changing product. You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and have a mindset that is process-oriented.

 

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Support screening and converting new clients to active users 
  • Support calls with Clients to gather the necessary information to complete onboarding and to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding real estate and infrastructure investment opportunities across Germany and continental Europe for the BrickVest platform
  • Maintain and update deal information on BrickVest platform through regular contact with sponsors
  • Assist in producing reports, templates and processes designed to automate Sponsor and Deals screening pre-onboarding and monitoring post-onboarding
  • Assist in the development and improvement of sponsor user interfaces on the company’s platform
  • English fluency required, another European language proficiency advantageous
  • Self-motivated, able to work to own initiative
  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
