Our mission
We support companies in the environmental transition of their real estate portfolio, from performance to sustainable impact.
By collecting and analysing existing data, we give our clients the action-levers they need to :
- gain a better understanding of their portfolio
- reduce their environmental footprint
- enhance the value of their real estate assets
Our story
It all started with a meeting of minds. Vincent Bryant and Emmanuel Blanchet, the co-founders of Deepki, met in 2010. They both shared the idea that the exploitation of existing data by Data-Analytics would help to massively accelerate the energy and digital transition of the real estate sector.
In 2014, they decided to create Deepki, with the common goal of making real estate more sustainable using data.
To this day, our adventure continues!

From application to recruitment
- Application
- HR interview: If we are interested in your application, our recruitment officer will contact you by phone or email to arrange a telephone interview lasting about half an hour. The interview will be approved within a week.
- Interview with an operational manager: You will meet the manager, or several members of the team if you are applying for a developer role. Applicants for developer roles will take a technical test with our technical director. Our recruitment officer will then provide feedback by phone or email based on the manager’s impressions.
- Meeting with a director: Applicants for permanent positions will be invited back to meet one of our co-founders.
- Job offer: We will send you a job offer.
- Induction: You join Deepki. Welcome!
